Once again terrorism is victorious. Evil has won over the good. Its heart rendering to see the images of blood soaked dead bodies, injured calling for help, relatives crying unconsolably for their near and dear ones, crowd gathered near the hospitals and enquiring about their wards.
What are we waiting for and how long we will sacrifice innocent lives? Are 'they' still sleeping? When they are going to wake up and concrete steps to stop this menace. When they will understand that human life is precious. Its a great national loss.
Blasts from the past :-
Mar.12,1993-11 blasts-257 dead and 713 hurt. Jan.23,24,27,1998-blasts on tracks/stations at 6 locations across city-4 killed. Dec.2,2002 - Explosion in BEST bus at Ghatkopar-2 killed. Mar.13,2003-Blast on Karjat bound train in Mulund-11 killed. Aug.25,2003-Blasts in taxis at Gateway, Zaveri Bazar-52 killed. July 11,2006- 7 blasts in 7 locals in 7 minutes-188 killed. Nov.26-29,2008- LeT strikes at CST, the Taj, Oberoi-Trident and Batla House-166 killed.
Besides these serial blasts in Delhi, Bangaluru, Hyderabad,Assam,Benaras, Pune and in many other cities left hundreds dead.
Whether LeT, Indian Mujahiddin or any other groups taking responsibilities, its immaterial, it had torn apart the whole country. How long we will give shelter to the attackers and safe custody for the killers. When we will take action? What is our judiciary doing? Why are be unable to punish the guilty?
nnocent citizens are loosing their lives and killers are in safe havens. Is this what we call justice? Its
high time, someone takes moral responsibility and answers these questions.
As responsible citizens we should stand hand-in-hand and protest against the injustice and ask our Govt. to take steps to secure our valuable lives.
Please come forward one and all and lets decide our fates. Terrorism is a heinous crime and killers should rightly punished. Its the need of the hour.
Condolences for the grieved families.
